If you guys are booked with a destination wedding specilists, you should have a website, that is the best way to keep your guests updated. Also, your travel specilists, will also send a group email to let everyone know of any changes or updates regarding travel and the destination.

You can say something along the lines of, “We are excited you have decided to celebrate our special date with us. We can hardly wait to see everyone and to give you all a big hug. We will keep informed if anything changes in the next few weeks.”
