While we work with different cruise lines, we strongly recommend you work with a travel advisor (JB Romantic Journeys) who is knowledgeable of the process for the different cruise lines and countries. All couples are responsible for obtaining their own marriage license. You must obtain a license from the state or country where the wedding will be performed. While most jurisdictions recognize marriages formalized in foreign jurisdictions, not all do. You are responsible for determining whether a wedding performed in a foreign jurisdiction will be recognized in your home jurisdiction. Marriage license application and marriage license fees are paid directly to the vendor within 35 business days of booking the wedding package and are non-refundable. Sales taxes and processing fees may apply in certain ports.
